When a person adds a followup to a ticket the ticket status remains the same. Perhaps I missed the feature but I would like it so that if a ticket is updated the status changes to basically anything except closed. The way it flows now if you don't have email notifications turned on you would have no idea that a user updated the ticket.
What type of work flow is assumed with GLPI because I would think the default behaviour would be to open a ticket on update. Is this not the best way of doing things? Thanks!

the 0.72 version will introduce an update date and this problem have been take into account.
