Suppliers financial information and City,State,Country dropdown list

Hi,
First of all, thanks for the great and useful software.
I have a few question, i hope anybody can answer it.
Under Management->Suppliers Add new supplier i need the some supplier financial information, such as Vat number etc, how i can i add this fields ?

Its possible to use dropdown list for the City, State, Country fields ? Some partners have  identical city and state and Country.

In other idea I'm little confused about Suppliers-Contacts-Users, in my case i have 3 technician , and our clients all is companies , and i cannot register in contacts, first i add in the supplier list, and later i can create contacts for him.
In my opinion more simple way is Partners -> Partner type (supplier or client)  -> Associated users ...

Thats right or i don't understand how to work the glpi  ?
