Contract notification

hello at all,
First of all thank you for your excellent job .
My question:
Is possible to have a mail notification to suppliers accociated and GLPI admins group when an Hardware is linked to an existent contract?

Well I try to explain:
Our company has a contract with supplier for hardware maintenence ( computer & monitor).
We can add new hardware to the contract but the supplier ask us if is possible to receive an email alert when a new hardware is added or removed from  the contract.
Is possible to add this alert for contracts

This is not possible.

This could be possible writing a plugin.
