Feature Request : Ability to add attachments / screenshots to FAQ

It would be nice to be able to attach files to the public FAQ.

Attachments are useful for minor program fixes/patches, or to include a word document / pdf with formatted instructions that answer a particular question - allowing you to include screenshots, diagrams, etc.
