module NTLM not run on centos5? help me

Unless all, sorry for my English.
I have problems with regard to the configuration of the module for NTLM authentication automatic.
I followed these guides but the result is not positive:

for configure the mod_ntlm for install:

Thanks to this last link I was able to install the module but after I restarted apache error on the line where you load the mod_ntlm and is failed.

i have centos 5.2 apache 2.2 glpi (last version) mod_ntlm2-0.1

   
are desperate, managed to give me a hand?
