Problem with repeated/new Tickets.

Hi...

I´m having a problem with new tickets been created... without user interaction.

The new ticket created comes with title of one ticket created in the testing fase of the implementation...

Can you help me ?

You have probably configured the same address for notification and for mailgate... (common error, creating a loop)

hum... yes the mailgateway was the same as the notification email.

that mitgh the be the error....
