Problem with mail when i create ticket

Hi all
When i created a new ticket, i recived this error

SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.
SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.

I´ve win2003, and funcion php it´s working ok (i configure this option in php.ini), but glpi don´t work.
How i can change mailserver of glpi?? i've a mailserver in other server(linux).
