how add a license

Hi,

I have license from 2008-10-20 and it's finished 2010-10-20. How I can add to glpi and setthings start time / end time and send me remember 1 month before finished.

As this is more a contract kind of thing from my point of view, I would add this as a contract within GLPI and then associate that with the software. For the contract you can set end and notice values, so you will be notified via email when the contract/agreement is about to expire.
