I am running the 1.4 version of Alerting plugin with GLPI 0.71.2. I have multiple entities and profiles.
I am setting up the Alerting plugin for one entity.
- Entity Root
-- Entity Company #1
--- Group IT Helpdesk Company #1
-- Entity Company #2
--- Group IT Helpdesk Company #2
I want to setup notifications so that expired helpdesk ticket notifications get sent to only the Group under the Entity. I don't want to have Company #1 receiving notifications from Company #2's IT Helpdesk Group.
Right now I can only use the plugin at the Root level and assign groups for notifications from there. IT doesn't really make sense.
