I had a power outage that caused the server to go down. After restoring power and bringing the server back up, I can only get access to the helpdesk page. When I log in with the super-admin user account it goes to the "Helpdesk Access Only" (/front/helpdesk.public.php) page instead of the normal admin pages. Any idea how to correct this?

Try to delete files in /files/ _session and all files and directory in /files/ _cache
Also try to verify in your db that your admin profil is ok

I was able to restore the database from a backup to get it working again. After playing around a little more today, I discovered it wasn't the server crash that caused the problem. It was change I made right before the crash.
I think what actually caused the problem was a bug in the software. If I change a profile such as admin or super-admin to "All Items" in the "Link with the items for the creation of tickets", then log out and back in, I can only get the helpdesk interface. I can't access the control center functions anymore. I tried this with a blank database and it still happened.
Can someone else with a test system see if you can reproduce this? The version I'm using is 0.71.2.

I'm curious if anyone has tried to reproduce this problem? I can submit a bug report, but I'd like to see if someone else can reproduce the problem first.

Thank you for the follow-up. I started walking through my steps again and realized what I did wrong. I misunderstood how the profile setup worked and was accidentally changing the interface for the profile instead of just the single item. Sorry to have bothered you on this issue, but I do thank you for your time.
