After a conversion to LDAP (eDirectory) authentication, I keep getting duplicate e-mails from GLPI. My user existed before the conversion, but is now synced to LDAP. The difference between the two e-mails are the case:
bfrancom@domain.com (old)
vs.
BFrancom@domain.com (LDAP)

After posting, or modifying a helpdesk ticket, it generates 2 e-mails instead of 1 to my account.

After poking around, I found the issue. I had the user e-mail and the Notification follow up e-mail set to the same account (different case).
