Paid Support?

I have been evaluating GLPI for use by the organisation for which I work.
We are looking to replace Track-It (for budgetary reasons) but would like to
have the option of paid on-call support. The GLPI Project mentions donating/
contributing to the Project but nothing I can find about paid support for GLPI.
(A quick Google was not very informative.) Is there such a thing?
