hello
for glpi 0.70, you need mass_ocs_import v1.1
1.2 is for 0.71

once the plugin installed, you need to run the script :

Re: How to install Plugin mass_ocs_import v1.2

Run it through Google translator.  I've used this countless times to get good information from the French forums.

Firefox also has several excellent translator plugins you can use to launch this right from the page you're on.
