Hello, i was just wondering if there is a possibility for glpi to make an automatic ticket out of a mail?
Eg: Someone sends a mail to it@example.com and the sistem automatically creates the ticket with name of the ticket the mail subject / and the body of the mail as the body of the ticket.
Where i worked before we were using a servicedesk plus and it had this feature which is actually really kewl, since most users r way to lazy to login to the frontend and creat a ticket there .

yes, you can use email geteway feature to do it.
you create a gateway by entity.
all the tickets in a mailbox will be imported as tickets into glpi

Will the ticket be imported automatically and displayed on the tracking menu? Or i have to click on get new email ticket everytime? Can i set the number of minutes in which the email gateway will check for new tickets?

Not simply (you must edit code). GLPI would check for new mail every 6 min
