Multiple Customers

Hello,

im willing to use GLPI in my production environment.
Is there a way to use GLPI for multiple customers?
Because we manage many different networks, servers for different customers.
We dont use the helpdesk functionallity of GLPI because we use OTRS for ticket handling (www.otrs.org)
I already used the search function but didnt found anything useful so far.

Yes you could manage differente customers in One GLPI.

Each customers would be in an "entity" and would have only his own vision of his IT. But You would have a global vision.

I dont want my customers to login to GLPI.
It's only for us (IT) to manage all hardware / software of our customers.

It dosen't matter you could manage your customer in each entity you need.

When i go to the Inventory - Computers for example.
I see a list of many computers from different customers (companies) we manage.
How can i see in one overview which hardware / software belongs to which customer (company)

We only going to use the Inventory & Managament option of GLPI at first.

Just select the entity (custormer) you want to see, in the entity select.
