It seems that GLPI can create a ticket from a user email an issue to an email address (example helpdesk@company.com). I do not seem to be able to find out how to set this up. I looked at the documentation but can not seem to find it in there. If someone could please point me in the right direction or give me the rough steps of where to configure this that would be great. Thank you.
