I was just training my help techs on GLPI and the question was asked:
"how do I find a ticket by ticket ID"?
One of the techs had a received a voice message simply saying - "any news on ticket 359?" - and did not know who called or what the ticket was about to help locate it.
Another tech said they knew the last ticket they worked on was number X - they then wanted to review any tickets since that one.
I don't see anything obvious in the tracking or home pages, and I've not found anything yet in the English forum - is there a way to do this?
(other than modifying the URL once some ticket is displayed ...tracking.form.php?ID=X )

I never noticed ID at the bottom of that drop-down list.
