Cannot import OCS computers

Dear Support,

Currently, I've been encoutering a weird problem with importing OCS computers to GLPI.

There are total 30 computers that we can see them in OCS Import New Computers, but no matter how many times we click on Import button, they are just stay there. We have over 500 computers, and this problem only happens with these 30 computers, the other 470 computers we can import properly.

It also said "First, check that duplicates are managed in OCSNG".

But I checked there is no duplicates in OCSNG!..!

Could you advise me some solutions?
