Graphviz and Network Architecture plugin

Hello, first my config:
XPSP2
GLPI  0.71.2
Xampp 1.1.5 - come with OCS
Apache 2.2.3
PHP 5.2.0
MySQL 5
Graphviz 2.21

When i try Network plugin test i can see devices and computers in rows with table headers like "graphviz name" and "graphiz links" but could not see chart.
I did exactly what is described in the FAQ of Network Architecture plugin.
Have i install another piece of software to make it work?

It would by really nice to get some useful answer, maybe i missed something due to my english...

Do you mean this?:
Il semble que la dernière version de Graphviz (2.12 à ce jour) ne soit pas tres bien supportée par le plugin (images dégradées et en NB). La 2.8 est fonctionnelle...

You must update graphviz to a newer version.

Thanks for answer both of you, i've installed latest stable version for windows - graphviz-2.20.3, in the installed programs shows version 2.21...

I'll try 2.8 version and will see.

2.8 good 2.21 not good - This one could be included in english version of plugin documentation and you'll avoid guestions like mine was...
