Hello,
I have problem with my devices drop down list in help desk ticket. I have there "general" by default and I dont know how to add items to that drop down list or how to remove that drop down list from help desk page at all.

I`m a new user of GLPI and i have many problems.
The first is that i need change the profile. When i add a new user i can't change the profile i want new change him profile. Ex: Mao is post only and i want change to NORMAL. Help me with this and y wanna create categories but i dont know. ANd the otrher question is about how i do to create the box as option for the categories, asigned to, group, tecnico, solicitante, how i do to activate this option and the box ..

Post only users have on helpdesk ticket option "my devices" and in the list there is "general".
I would like to know how to populate that list with other options.
