Duplicate records coming from OCS NG

Hi,
This is my first post. I have implemented a OCS NG and GLPI inventory software for our company, unfortunately, its keep bugging me since the day we put it up.

my problem is

1. duplicate pc records after importing from ocs ng
2. license are not accurate in figures. (we need this for software inventory and trackig)
3. and how can I get the installed base report of the said software(for inventory)

1. In OCS NG to duplicate ? in glpi i am use  Tools->OCS NG = Link new OCS computers to existing GLPI computers. And new hardware not duplicate, If something duplicated in OCS.

2. After the first imports from the OCS need to check all. I am import license as Global. Then grouped software free, office, windows, other .... Then in history Hardware a can check what install or not.

Yep, the same here, in OCSNG in the Configuration set the  AUTO_DUPLICATE_LVL directive so OCSNG handles duplicates well, than after import to GLPI manually check for duplicities, once you remove them they won't sync any more.
