"Assigned to" problem

Hello
I improted to my GLPI 0.71.2 users from AD and everything is ok, but when I try to assign ticket to someone, or to choose technican in charge of e.g. computer, only GLPI, TECH and NORMAL users are prestent in down-drop list. In other down-drops e.g. "user" it displays every user from table glpi_users, also with those imported from AD. Where can I set something, to have all users in down-drop in "technican in charge" or "assigned to"?
I use PHP 5.2.6, MySql 5.0.51b and Apache 2.2.8 under Windows XP.

Re: "Assigned to" problem

That's actually on purpose, only people in certain profile (i.e. super-admin) can be assigned as technicians. Either you have to add them all to those profile, or create your special profile (with at least the "To be in charge of a ticket") and than add people as members to that profile.
Good thing in GLPI is, that a user can be a member of any number of profiles :-)

I don't understand your pb

You could do what you want with profiles... You could create any profile you need.
