Post-Only account without log-in

Thank for the great project!!

Is that possible allow user post the ticket without the log-in to the GLPI?

yes you could  use helpdesk.html for that

Thank you so much!, I found helpdesk.html but that's French version.

ok, I midify the helpdesk.html change to English, but when I click "sent" , still show login screen.

anything I need to change for bypass the login screen?

You could edit and modify what you want.

Helpdeks.html is just an example

Yes you have to activate this functionnality :

Configuration/restriction /

Allow anonymous ticket creation (helpdesk.html) -> yes
