Trouble Installing Plugins

Hi,

I am trying to install plugins following the instuctions here http://glpi-project.org/wiki/doku.php?id=en:plugins&s[]=plugin , on version GLPI 0.71 running on a Windows Machine runnig apache 2.2

I have copied the plugins to the plugin folder, loged off and on, and there is no plugins section under setup, I have double checked the permissions;any ideas of what else i can try?

the names of the folders of plugins must be :

activity
addressing
checklist
cmd
orders
outlookical
projet

Ok I renamed the folders but I am still not seeing that menu option.
