Issue with importing AD users
Hi All,
I've imported many of users from AD successfully.
Our AD directory is something like:
BU 1
----------------> DEPT1
----------------> DEPT2
BU 2
----------------> DEPT1
----------------> DEPT2
.....
BU (n)
----------------> DEPT1
----------------> DEPT2
My problem is I have only problem with a specified users from BU(x) (1<x<n)
I created Authentication AD link for that BU as same as others. But when import from GLPI, it only displays 1 item like below (even we have a lot of users)
Import Users Last update in LDAP Last update in GLPI
v 2008-09-18 08:07:55 -------------
Any having same problem? Please advise.
PS: I use LDAPBrowser and connect to that BU successfully.

This having problem
OU=LIN,OU=Users,OU=VNVUF01,OU=VN,OU=SEA - South East Asia,DC=CRB,DC=APMOLLER,DC=NET
It works for other, such as this below
OU=DAM,OU=Users,OU=VNSGN01,OU=VN,OU=SEA - South East Asia,DC=CRB,DC=APMOLLER,DC=NET
