New Feature on Mail Gateway

Hi,
I have thought, about the mail gateway, when i send a e-mail it open a new ticket, but, it's possible implement a strings, for example, auto-associate one machine, category, etc... on ticket, use strings, how:

$computer("Name_of_computer");
$category("category");

Example

One problem with my computer $computer("COMPUTEROFHOME"); not power.

It's very hard to implement this?

I use the GLPI Helpdesk for incident management.
