massiveaction.php blank
Dear Support,
I don't know why I cannot use massiveaction feature within GLPI 0.71.1
Anytime I choose multiple of items (such as printers, softwares, ..) for actions like delele, update ... it shows me a blank massiveaction.php page.
Please advise.

It is a memory_limit problem. I had this problem also and when I changed memory_limit from 16M to 32M in php.ini it works.
