All,
I am trying to figure out the exact instructions to get GLPI to automatically import both new computers and update existing computers under a Windows platform. I've seen information on the forum about running cron.php via a Scheduled Task on Windows. I have done this and it does run but nothing imports or syncs. The cron.log shows the ocsng portion launching but no detail. I have configured the link with OCS in GLPI and I can manually run imports or syncs. I am running GLPI version 0.71.1 and OCS 1.01. GLPI is running on windows using IIS 6, PHP version 5.2.6 and MySQL 5.0.67. I'm sure I'm missing a step but am not sure what.
Number of computers to synchronize using the cron 100
OCSNG is configured:
Automatic connection of machines
Activate the automatic link Yes
Existence criteria of a computer
IP - No
Mac Address - Yes
Name of computer No
Serial Number No
Find computers having the status -----
Any help that someone can provide would be helpful.

Enable Debug mode + log to file and check message in the log file.

Ok, logging enabled. Now what? I reran the Cron job. Where am I looking for the log files. I checked under files\_logs and there is a cron.log file with not to much more than before. Is there somewhere else I should be looking for the debug log file?
