Dictionary Enhancement request - Change other field values

It would be nice if you could alter various fields for an asset based on a dictionary match.  We are using OCS-NG to gather data on our assets and in some circumstances GLPI doesn't have information in some fields after the import from OCS-NG.  A good example is that the computer type field doesn't get populated when inventorying virtual machines.  I would like to write a dictionary rule that looked at the manufacturer and set the computer type to "Virtual Machine" if the Manufacturer equals "VMWare".  Could that functionality be added to the dictionaries, or is there a work-around for this?  Thanks.
