Help me with GLPI

Hello everyone

I'm from Colombia and I'm user of GLPI, i have many questions about this software.
I'm a beginner and my English isn't very good. I need help about Management of users and groups. and entities, if f someone has a manual specified either please send me my email is maofar88@hotmail.com Please help me
Ah other thing i delete users because they're mistakes and troubles but  i agree new user and show me the user already exist.

About the users problem, the deleted users are on a "trash", you need to allow showing "deleted" users on the list.

Ok i look the link and i search the manual. Thx, and about the users i don't understand. And i have other question about change the profiles of users. Example

Maofar is POST ONLY but i like that him are NORMAL y try change the PROFILE in the menu USER but dont change nothing,  i also like have the entity UNISANGIL as POST ONLY, what do you think??

About deleted users: look for a icon of a trash with googles on the line of filters. It is in right of the "sorted by" drop down. It will be selected with "no", so it will not show deleted users. Change to "yes" and it will show deleted users. This users are not removed, so the username/logins cannot be used until you remove then a second time, in the deleted list.

About profiles: you can "Associate to an entity" as "normal" profile, in the Users menu. I think you dont need to change nothing in the Profiles menu.

It's me again. i have an other problem and its that i create some entities but i create with mistakes and i would eliminate them. Please help me¡¡¡¡ Oh and the change of profile is necessary for change the profile:
Ej Mauricio is Post Only but i need that Mauricio been Normal
