Hello,
sorry if it was asked before.
In post-only profile I really miss a lot an option to enable group members to reply to a ticket if the ticket is assigned to this group.
We need to get follow-ups from the whole team of developers to a ticket , or approvals to requests from their manager etc.
If this was possible, than it also solves the issue making public ticket visible to everyone and let everyone to post follow-ups to it - creating ALL group an put everone in there ).
This would solve a lot of tickets needed approval or a team response from users. Do you guys plan adding such thing in the future.
Thanks a lot for any reply.
P.S.: I want you creators to know that you really made an amazing piece of software, endlessly appreciated.

Hello again.
Still nothing? At least a hint or simple yes/no would be nice :-)
Thanks

Have a look to Setup / Notification.
And ask notification to "Assigned group"

Hi Remi and thanks for the reply.
The problem is - I'm not looking into notifications, I'd like the group members to be able to post follow-ups while using the Helpdesk interface. I want more ppl to be able to post follow-ups to the same ticket. It is becoming more and more needed here - approvals, team cooperation, gathering info from more than the requester etc.
So far I didn't found any other option than give the users the Command Center interface and tie up the permissions. But you know users - the interface would be too complicated for them and confusing etc... If I can keep it simple for the users - I always try :-).
But for the Helpdesk interface there is no permission/option to allow anyone/all/group to post follow ups for tickets like it is with Command Center.
I might have overlooked something, but if not, I'd just like to know if such feature would be possible in some future realease.
Thanks again for your reply and for the whole GLPI you guys are making.
