software dictonary documentation?

i looking for some documentation for the glpi software dictonary?
i havent found anything so far, and i have no idea how the "assign value from regexp" should work.
any hint is welcome

I've started examples of dictionnary rules, unfortunatly right now it's only in french

you could understand easily I think (commence par = begin with, est = is, fabricant = manufacturer, critère = criteria)

thank you, that helps a lot.
imho the different languages in this forum arent a big help.
its very hard to find solutions for your problem here by searching, if your not fluid with english and french.
as much as i love diversity, its not helping here
