Hi,
We have successfully configured (most of) glpi, and everyone is happy about the feature set. Thanks and congrats for this great job.
The minor issue that we have is; we'd like to notify the users with a very brief mail, that only tells them that a certain ticket is closed.
At the moment glpi sends too much info in the mail, and we do not want the clients to see information related to history of the ticket. Is there a way that we can configure this? If we can do this, we'll be able to eliminate almost all mail based communication for support.
All the best

you can set followups private in order that the user cannot see them

Hi,
Thanks, if all the followups are private, the user can not see them. But the thing is, some of the changes like assigning to technicians and some other change like change of group etc. seem to add public followups. It becomes necessary to manually update all followups to make sure that they are private. Is there a way to make all followups private by default? that'd make things much easier.
I am sure that someone will forget to make a followup private, and a customer will see something he/she should not see.
Thanks again

I pick up this thread because I wish the same thing as sarikan. That is, have a pointer to where I can change followups to be private by default.
