Email Notification Issue
I just setup GLPI and am testing the email notifications.
When I send a test email to the administrator I receive the email fine.
I have notifications set to Administrator and Requester.
When new ticket is submitted, neither of them receives and email.
Any ideas?
GLPI 0.70.2 on Ubuntu 7.10 server.

try to see logs / debug mode etc etc

I have just installed GLPI 0.71 on Windows server 2003 STD, PHP 5.2.6 & MySQL 5.0.51b community.
I have the exact same problem that the test notification message goes to the administrator but no other notifications ever go out to anyone any any circumstances.
I have changes the GLPI mode to debug and looked at the logs but there are no errors to be seen.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated a.s.a.p.
We are trying to decide quickly if GPLI is usable for our needs and without email notification it' pretty much dead in the water.

I am pretty sure I figured out why you email notification were not working even though the test message to the administrator was working.
Although it is not obvious you must set
Setup > Notification
Use Email Follow-ups: YES
The default value is :NO
Setting the above value ti YES solved my problem which appeared to be identical to yours.
