Is it possible to open a ticket from the front end without logging in? i.e. Go to a new ticket page, have people open up a ticket and submit it without setting up specific logins and passwords? I know the original IRM does it so I was hoping this modified version would to. What they allow is:
This is where you can request help with a problem.
Enter the IRM Computer ID:
IRM ID:
Or, select the name of the device:
Select device type and device:
Or, select the name of the software:

My stats:
GLPI version 0.68.3 (cannot connect to db using 0.70.2 or 0.71 versions so had to use this one)
Apache 2.0
php5
5.0.51a-3ubuntu5.1
MySQL5

Thank you for your response. Is there a translation of this page or can someone translate that page for me and I can modify it myself?
Secondly, can the author be someone other that the super admin? Can it be set so it will be a Public Ticket or something similar?
I can speak English, Polish and a smattering of Spanish but French is definitely outside of my repertoire. Thanks!
My attempt:
Submit Trouble Ticket
Please select ticket priority level:

"I know the original IRM does it so I was hoping this modified version would to"
GLPI is not a modified version of IRM.
IRMA is a completely rewriten of the fonctionnality of IRM
GLPI was inspired of irma about basic fonctionnality.

My apologies for the misunderstanding. I was directed to your site from a open source trouble ticket listing and their description was a next generation IRM modification.

You are not listed until GLPI but under I as:
Information Resource Manager - GLPI Edition
This is the same system as above (IRM), but with some additional enhancements.
