Cant change task duration in projet plugin...

I dont know why my two calendar buttons taht aloved me to edit duration of task (beginning and end) during editing/adding task into project are no more available (the are not dispaly on the page).
Anyone can help me ???

I do not have such problem with our .70 setup.  User permission matters.
