My Devices listing of new ticket (Helpdesk)

Hello,

I have created a new user to post tickets.

While creating a ticket, the 'My Devices' list is empty for that user. How can I fill his device list?

Is this linked with the user property of the devices? Only one user can have the device in his device list for posting tickets?
