By default mail parser check e-mails every 6 minutes, I want to check each was 1 minute. How can I do?

I am also interested in this. Checking every 1 minute may be too often, but every 6 minutes is not often enough.

If necessary, I am going to look into setting up a cron job to automatically click the "Get mail tickets now" link under the mail gateway configuration page. That is a workaround, but it would be better if this were a configurable option.

Hello
We have the same "problem", we view the cron.class.php.
As there was no value of "360" (seconds) we do not know which
value to change for a shorter intervall of mail delivery.
