do you set error_reporting in php configuration ?
Try to set glpi_config.debug = 2 in DB to have error messages displayed.

Yes default I have =2

If you don't give us exact informations we could'nt help you !

We ask you for this information two once and you give the minimum.

Other questions :
- did you check your right and owner on directory and files.?
- what is your memor_limit_setting ?
- do you use Selinux ?

Hi,

I have the same error. After upgrade from 0.63.8 to 0.70.2 the login page is blank.

The memory limit PHP parameter is 96 Mb and the debug_level = 2. The GLPI main page don't show nothing. The browser is Firefox, and also I try with IE. The result is the same. No code HTML generated. I change the security of files at 777 on the directory server project.

The browser is not problem, that I try to run GLPI with Firefox and IE.

- GLPI version 0.70.2 (last version at glpi web page).
- Updated from 0.68.3.
- Linux Debian 4.0 (etch)
- Apache 2.2.3, PHP 5.2.0-8+etch10, MySQL 5.0.32
- Firefox 2.0.0.13, IE6, IE7.
- Internal validation.
- Degug mode = 2 (I think that is it).

The page is always blank result. No code generated by PHP server. When I close the browser and restart with GLPI, I can see the Login Page, but after submit Login form, remains at the /front/central.php and not HTML code was generated.

No apache's error.log was generated.

Any suggestions?

For Rolex, Why don't you read all the question are asking in the url i give you ?

How to Can I see the correct charset (UTF-8) at GLPI?

Memory limit of PHP is 96 Mb.

The version 0.68.3 running correctly 4 months, but when I upgrade to 0.70.2 is offline. I need any new parameter/module of Apache, PHP?

The process update was succesfully, and I try to delete the /config/config_db.php to repeat the proces update and I can see the Update correct. The problem is only to login to GLPI.

Carles : I use GLPI 0.70.2 on Etch with non problem.

I dont' think also that your prb is the same than Rolex. I think it would be better to open another thread and resume the discussion please.

Did you make some search on the forum about the same symptome ?

Do you remove your plugins before updating ? Was the update process succesfull ?

Do you purge your the directory /files/_cache and /files and /sessions ?

I found the problem. Is solved.

I had removed all files at plugins folder ..! and I had can connect to GLPI correctly. De-install a Plugin is not remove from the GLPI application, also is needed to remove all files at the upgrade version.
