Hello everyone, I have an issue with a function during the creation of a ticket. When the help desk receives a call about an incident, they create a ticket, but when adding the user who is reporting, the associated items linked to them are not loading.
However, if I search for the user in the "User" section and trigger the ticket from there, the items do appear.
What could be the problem? The operator profile creating the ticket does have the necessary permissions to view the items.
