I would like to remove Outlook signatures from users' emails when they send a message to GLPI to create a ticket. If this is not possible, I would like to block the images embedded in the signatures. When a user sends an email to GLPI with images in their signature, these images become oversized when viewing the ticket in GLPI, and I currently have no way to automatically remove them.
I tried blocking the corresponding images using 'refused for import' under Documents < Document name < 'refused for import,' which does block the specific image. However, every user in my organization may have different images, so I would have to manually block each one, which is impractical.
I also tried using the Ticket Cleaner plugin, but it works too aggressively, removing the entire ticket once it detects a web link related to the image. This is not the outcome I want. Is there a way to only remove the images located in email signatures?
Additionally, if there is a way to remove specific web links from tickets without deleting the entire ticket, I would appreciate it.
