ldap connection error

Good afternoon,

I am trying to configure the connection to my organization's active directory. When I configure it from the “LDAP directories” option and try it, I get the following message: “Test of Main Server succeeded”, the connection was successful, but when I try to import a user it tells me that there are no users to import “No user to be imported”.

I have been following the instructions in the glpi documentation:
