PLugin and permission.

I am logged in as a super-admin. Still, I do not have permission.

This pops up.
"You don't have permission to perform this action".

I have built my own custom plugin. I've read Google and Ai and I got mixed information. I am confused right now. What should I do to ensure I have registered my plugin successfully? Is there anything to be done in the hook.php? sharing my code of the GitHub repo.

Please enlighten me! thanks.

GitHub. github.com/vishnu007p/antiviruschecker_007

the user logged in is super-admin.
while looking for Session::haveRight('plugin_antiviruschecker', 'UPDATE')
it returns false. No documentation shows that, should define rights and permission while building a plugin. Is there anything to be done?
