Hello,
I'm using GLPI 10.0.1 on a Ubuntu Server.
With some tickets that are imported as mail, the text is not displayed correctly. Unfortunately I can not say how the mail is formatted.
Usually these are forwarded tickets with links and pictures.
With the devtool from the browser I was able to find out which areas it is.
At the top of the ticket everthing is fine with the text, this is called div.
A paragraph later is a new pane called td. Here the text is only displayed in the left pane and scrolled down.
The words are on top of each other and not next to each other because the area is too small for that, but at the right side is enough space for it. However no margin is displayed, only padding for td.
Other tickets are displayed correctly.
Is there a way to share pictures of the problem with you?
