hello,
i need to view different ticket categories for 3 different profiles.
I read that Visibility of the category depending on the interface (simplified / standard) but not by profile.
Is there anyone who had the same need? maybe you could recommend me some useful configuration?

Ticket categories can only be limited based on the entity they are in or the interface of the current user at this time.
