Custom entry in user user items

Hi.
I'd like to add custom items to the user's Used items list.

Specifically we have several web services (Nextcloud, email, ...) and I'd like to record what has been enabled to each user.

I found an old "generic assets" plugin but it won't install on latest versions, as it's unmantained for 10 years.

I'm trying to use "additional fields" plugin but I don't think it fits my needs, also I'm unable to show custom fields in the "Used Items" tab.
