Changement du statut impossible

Bonjour,

Dans mon inventaire de Matériel réseau, il est impossible de changer le status. Quand on change le statut et qu'on sauvegarde la modification, la page se recharge sans prendre en compte la modification.
Pas de message d'erreur dans glpi, pas de message d'erreur dans les logs.
Le problème apparu en 9.4.5 et n'a pas disparu en passant à la version 9.5.2.
Je ne sais pas quoi faire pour investiguer plus en détails. j'ai désactivé tous les plugins mais le problème persiste.
Dans GLPI/Administration/Journaux il y a bien une ligne avec "Matériel réseau    57    13-11-2020 09:11    Parc    4    XXX met à jour un élément"

Quand je change le state_id directement dans la BDD, ca fonctionne. ( UPDATE `glpi`.`glpi_networkequipments` SET `states_id` = '2', `is_dynamic` = '1' WHERE (`id` = '1'); )
Les "Status des elements" (gestion des intitulés) sont bien disponibles pour les équipements réseau depuis l'entité root jusqu'aux sous-entités.

Toujours le même problème. sur la table glpi_networkequipments. j'ai migré GLPI en 9.5.5 .

Quand je change le statut via la fiche de l'équipement ou en action de masse (je coche la case + bouton action) =>  pas de message d'erreur, la page se rafraichi et pas de changement de statut.
j'ai essayé en désactivant tous les plugins = toujours pareil

Par contre j'ai remarqué que c'est le passage du statut 1 (states_id) vers x qui ne fonctionne pas. Si je mets dans la BDD le statut 2 le statut change dans GLPI et je peux revenir en statut 1 via glpi

C'est le changement de states_id 1 vers x qui ne marche pas.
Le changement de states_id x vers states_id 1 = ok (avec la petite popup "element modifié en bas à droite")
