rule to randomly assign ticket

I have the following question

Currently I have a group created, which consists of 4 technicians. How do I get the tickets assigned to the group randomly assigned to the technical members of that group?

No idea. You can assign to a technican group and they pickup by themself ?

Hi,

You need to develop a plugin for this.
We had a request for Round-Robin assignment a few years ago. Unfortunately, the project was discarded at the time.

The idea is to assign automatically and not do it manually. We have rules for allocation by location and ticket categories in specific. But there are categories that can be done by any technician, that is why I am looking for a random assignment

Hi,

Again, two options:
* Assign a group to get every tech in it notified. Any of them will have to auto-assign the issue.
* Or develop a plugin to manage the random assignment
