GLPI 9.5.5 - Cannot upload files with PHP8

When I try to upload files to a document, using Firefox and PHP 8.0.3, I receive a screen saying "The connection was reset". I am not able to upload any file, but I can see existing documents and their attachments.

xmlrpc is not installed, and it's no longer embedded in PHP8 --> https://php.watch/versions/8.0/xmlrpc

All is ok if I use the same GLPI install with PHP7 (and xmlrpc).

Upgraded PHP to 8.0.5 with xmlrpc, still unable to upload documents. I have these entries in the apache error.log when I try to save documents with attachments:
