can't change the status of the ticket

why glpi can't give me the right to change the status of my ticket always on 'en cours' i want to have multiple choices like close tickets

status :En cours (Attribué)

also when someone create a ticket doesn't apper on my dashboard

Hi,

To close the ticket you need to add a "suivi", then add a "solution", the ticket will be closed automatically.
